If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. Our number one priority is making our customer happy, and bringing them back. We’ll send a team out to make it right (within a 48 hour window). If after our re-clean is completed, and you’re still not happy with service, we offer a full refund back to your original form of payment.

All of our cleaners are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check.

We have three levels of security in place. Our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. And lastly, credit card transactions are processed by stripe, and are layered on their own 256 security protocol. No credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

After every service, a representative will reach out and ensure you were satisfied with your cleaning. If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean your home within a 48 hour window. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends/family, we’ll refund your money.

PRICING & POLICIES

Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy.

 

  • Before or at the time of collecting personal information, we will identify the purposes for which information is being collected.

 

  • We will collect and use personal information solely with the objective of fulfilling those purposes specified by us and for other compatible purposes, unless we obtain the consent of the individual concerned or as required by law.

 

  • We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes.

 

  • We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

 

  • Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

 

  • We will protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.

 

  • We will make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices relating to the management of personal information.

 

  • We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by entering the code on the booking page. Additionally, you can also apply a coupon by logging into your account and selecting “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointments that are already completed.

Absolutely! Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

MANAGE YOUR ACCOUNT

Log into your account and update your address in your upcoming booking. Alternatively, you can give us a call/text at 858-264-2514 and we will update your address for you.

Log into your account, and update your card on file. Your new card will automatically be noted as your default card.

GETTING STARTED

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. A general cleaning of a 1 Bedroom 1 Bathroom starts at $140, and the price increases by $20 for each additional room/bathroom. If you would like additional services, those will be individually priced, and available as add ons when you book your service. If there is something that is not listed that you would like cleaned, please leave it in the note section, and we will try to accommodate as best possible.

We provide services for San Diego county. You can reference our map area to verify if your home is in the service area.

Of course! Simply respond to your confirmation email, or log into your account and add any comments you would like to be applied to your service. If there are any issues, we will contact you.

When you book service, an account is automatically created for you. Simply set up your account, choose your password, and you’re ready to go! You can also click the login page, and create an account through there.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service. If you would like your cleaner to use your specific products, please leave that request in the note section so they are aware prior to the service.
